You already know what the Quran asks of you.
This is about what comes next.
There is a particular kind of frustration that comes from knowing something deeply and still struggling to live it.
You know patience matters.
You know gratitude matters.
You know certain habits aren’t serving you.
You know what the Quran teaches.
But knowing and doing don’t always happen at the same time.
The Tadabbur Circle began from that very question:
What happens in the space between knowing and doing?
She was looking for this bridge, too.
Sibgha Tur Rehman began her Quran journey around five years ago with a simple desire: to understand the Quran and let it change the way she lived.
But along the way, she noticed something many of us experience.
You can understand the importance of patience and still lose your temper.
You can know the value of gratitude and still find yourself focused on what is missing.
You can sincerely want to change a habit and still return to the same pattern.
The problem isn’t always a lack of knowledge.
Sometimes, we need to understand what happens between knowing and doing.
That space became the inspiration for The Tadabbur Circle.
What we believe
You've probably heard plenty of good advice already.
Be patient.
Be grateful.
Make dua.
Trust Allah.
Let go.
The advice may be true.
But what happens when you understand it, sincerely want to follow it, and still find yourself falling back into the same patterns?
That’s where we want to help.
The Tadabbur Circle brings together Quran and Sunnah with practical, psychology-informed tools to create a more structured way of learning, reflecting and working towards meaningful change.
Not replacing Islamic guidance.
Not reducing the Quran to a self-help tool.
But creating space to understand, reflect and apply.
Our approach
01
Quran & Sunnah at the foundation
Every journey begins with the guidance of the Quran and Sunnah.
02
Tadabbur at the centre
We create space to slow down, understand and reflect on the words we recite.
03
Practical tools for real life
Reflection becomes more meaningful when we can connect it with our habits, thoughts, choices and everyday experiences.
04
Learning without judgment
Growth isn't a straight line. Our courses are designed to create a space where you can learn honestly, ask questions and begin again.
