Surah Al Anbiya
About Course
Ibrahim (AS) stayed calm in the fire. Yunus (AS) turned to Allah in the dark. What do you do under pressure?
A 3-month tadabbur course on Surah Al-Anbiya, built to move the prophets’ responses out of the stories you know and into the way you actually react.
Why This Course Exists
You’ve heard Ibrahim (AS) stayed calm in the fire. Yunus (AS) turned to Allah in the belly of the whale. Ayyub (AS) endured without complaint.
You remember the stories. But when you’re the one under pressure, your old response shows up first; panic, blame, silence – not theirs.
That’s not a knowledge gap. The story lives in your memory. It hasn’t reached your default reaction yet.
This course is built to move it there.
Course Structure
3 months. 3 shifts. One surah.
Month 1: Self-Awareness & Reflection
Focus: Surah Al-Anbiya, Ayah 1–35
Theme: Overcoming Heedlessness & Purpose of Life
Core activity: Journaling + guided reading
You’ll work through:
- Why you chase approval, and what it’s actually costing you
- Getting honest about where your life is out of line with your own values
- What makes someone genuinely high-value and how to build that, not perform it
- Fixing your baseline mood, and the habits that move it
- Tahajjud, not as a practice reserved for people who feel too flawed to try, how the prophets approached it, and how to train yourself into it
Month 2: Scientific Research & Contemplation
Focus: Surah Al-Anbiya, Ayah 36–75
Theme: Signs in the Universe & Divine Creation
Core activity: Guided research projects
You’ll work through:
- Research into the Big Bang, water, galaxies, and mountains; read against what the ayat actually say, not memorized as separate facts
- Yunus (AS)’s tasbeeh: what it reveals about guilt, worship, and getting unstuck
- How that connects to your own productivity, not just your prayer
Month 3: Practical Activities & Output
Focus: Application & Implementation
Theme: Character Building & Making Dua
Core activity: Presentations, quizzes, 2-minute talks
You’ll work through:
- How to actually make dua; not recite one
- Tadabbur on the duas of Yunus, Ibrahim, Sulaiman, Musa, and Zakariya (AS), and what each one teaches about asking
- Turning three months of reflection into something you can say out loud, defend, and keep
Who This Is For
- You know the prophets’ stories, but they haven’t changed how you actually respond under pressure
- You want structured research and reflection, not a recap of tafsir you’ve already heard
- You’re ready for a 3-month commitment, not a single afternoon
- You don’t need advanced Arabic or a tafsir background; you need consistency
What you’ll receive
- Recorded lectures

- Practical reflection exercises
- Access to the relevant month’s learning material
